About Mom Lourdes Properties
Mom Lourdes Properties began with a single rowhouse and a simple idea: renting a home in Baltimore should feel like being welcomed into one. Named for the matriarch whose care set our standard, we are a family-run organization — not a portfolio, not a fund.
Today we maintain a small collection of rowhouses, flats, and apartments across the city's historic neighborhoods. We keep the portfolio intentionally small so that every property gets real attention: preventive maintenance, honest communication, and respect for the people who live there.
This page is boilerplate — replace it with your organization's real story, team, and history.
What we stand for
- Fair housing, always
- We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act, Maryland law, and Baltimore City ordinances. Every applicant is evaluated on the same written criteria.
- Honest pricing
- Rent is the rent. Application fees are capped at cost, and security deposits follow Maryland's two-month statutory limit.
- Long-term stewardship
- We buy homes to keep them. That means investing in roofs, systems, and streetscapes — not deferred maintenance.
