How do I submit a maintenance request?
Email hello@momlourdes.com or call (410) 555-0100. Non-urgent requests are acknowledged within one business day. For emergencies — no heat in winter, active leaks, gas odor — call the emergency line any time.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept online payment, check, or money order. Maryland law caps late fees at 5% of the monthly rent.
What is the security deposit policy?
Deposits follow Maryland law: a maximum of two months' rent, held in an escrow account, returned within 45 days of move-out with an itemized statement of any deductions.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our properties are pet friendly — each listing notes its policy. Assistance animals are always welcome in every property, as required by fair housing law.
How do I give notice before moving out?
Baltimore City leases require written notice — typically 60 days before the end of your lease term. Check your lease for the exact requirement, and send notice by email so both sides have a record.
